By using the Allis Health app you accept the terms below.

1. Parties and scope
These terms are between Allis Bilişim Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi ("Allis Health") and the person using the app ("User"), and cover the Allis Health mobile app and this website. Use of the clinician panel by healthcare organisations is governed by separate agreements.
2. Nature of the service
Do not use the app in an emergency. If there is a risk to life, call your local emergency number immediately (112 in Turkey). The emergency contact feature is not an emergency call service; it only makes it easier to dial a number you have saved.
The app does not provide continuous monitoring. Your measurements may not be watched in real time by a health professional; recording a measurement in the app does not mean it has been seen or assessed.
3. Your account and accurate information
- You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and up to date. Incorrect height, weight or clinical information affects calculated values and your clinician's assessment.
- You must keep your login credentials confidential. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, change your password immediately and tell us.
- Do not share your account with anyone, and do not enter another person's health data into your account.
- The app is intended for adult users registering on their own behalf.
4. Connecting to a healthcare organisation
Part of the app — nutrition plans, appointment requests and clinician replies — is available only once you are connected to a healthcare organisation and a clinician is assigned to you. The connection is made when you enter the referral code the organisation gives you and the organisation approves your request. Whether an organisation accepts you or ends the connection is its own decision.
Leaving an organisation does not delete your data; that organisation's access to your data is closed.
5. Device data
Measurements originating from a smartwatch, band or scale are read through Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iOS) on your phone. Their accuracy depends on your device and on those services. Device-sourced data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect for reasons arising from the manufacturer or the operating system.
6. Prohibited use
- Using the app unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
- Attempting to access data you are not authorised to see, trying to circumvent security measures, or disrupting the operation of the service.
- Reverse engineering, copying or modifying the app without permission.
- Bulk-extracting data with automated tools.
7. Intellectual property
The software, interface, the "allis" name and logo and all other content belong to Allis Bilişim Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi or its licensors. The data you enter belongs to you; using the app grants us permission to process that data for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Changes and termination
Features may be developed, changed or removed. The service may be interrupted temporarily for maintenance and updates. Your account may be suspended or terminated if you use it in breach of these terms or of the law.
You may delete your account at any time; the process is described on the Account and data deletion page.
9. Limits of liability
Allis Health does not warrant that the app will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Responsibility for health decisions you make based on data in the app rests with you and your clinician. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for data loss originating from your device or third-party services. This clause does not remove your rights under consumer protection law.
10. Your personal data
The processing of your personal and health data is governed by the Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice, which forms an integral part of these terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of __YETKILI_MAHKEME__ have jurisdiction over disputes. Your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
